A New Yoga Studio with Adult Yoga Classes in Lafayette, and Children’s Yoga Programs throughout Lamorinda, CA.
As we grow our community, we will continue to add more variety of classes and times. Here are some styles you can expect to see as we expand our schedule.
If you are just stepping onto a Yoga mat for the first time ever, or haven’t been to class in a while, this class is for you.
Thursdays 6:15pm
Buti® classes utilize spiral structure technique® to facilitate the release + toning of the body - physical, emotional and energetic.
Wednesdays 6:15pm & Fridays 9:30am (60 min)
His class introduces sequences of postures that flow smoothly, harmonized with the rhythm of the breath, to build strength, flexibility, and concentration. Designed to elevate your practice, this class encourages a deeper exploration, balancing breath work with poses and invigorating flows, while remaining accessible to those transitioning from beginner level.
Wednesdays 8:35-9:30 (55 minutes)
Whether you’ve practiced for years, or only a few times, this all levels flow class will get your body moving and your mind more quiet. Vinyasa is a dynamic class known for coordinating breath and movement. (non-heated).
Saturday 8:30am (60 minutes) taught by Ash Lew
Experience the perfect blend of vitality and tranquility in our "Flow and Restore" class, a 55 minute session designed to harmonize your body and spirit. The majority of the class is dedicated to heat building, muscle engaging "flow" sequences. Ample time is given toward the end to shift towards a more restorative approach where you'll engage in relaxing postures that promote healing, allowing the body to enter a "rest & digest" state.
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 8:35-9:30 (55 minutes)
This class is a step up from the foundational principles taught in Level 1, and focuses on building the necessary strength, flexibility, and proprioception, allowing practitioners to safely explore their limits and work towards challenging peak poses.
Mondays 6:15pm (60 min)
Viniyoga offers a unique and personalized yoga experience that caters to individuals of all levels, particularly those seeking to calm a hurried mind and rejuvenate a tired body. In this class, yogis are carefully guided through Pranayama (controlled breath) techniques and gentle, slow movements
Thursdays 4:30pm (60 min)
Immerse yourself in the transcendent experience of a Sound Bath Meditation, where the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls, along with a selection of calming instruments, weave a tapestry of sound that envelops the soul. This unique session is designed to lead participants through a deep and grounding meditation experience, facilitating a state of profound relaxation and healing.
First Friday of Each Month, 6-7pm
Taking it down a notch, our slow flow classes are for those recovery days when you want to move, stretch, warm up the body, but aren’t up for the intensity of a Vinyasa Flow class. Get a restorative cool-down session.
Tuesdays 4:30pm & 6:15pm (60 Min)
The ancient healing practice of Kundalini Yoga uses breathwork, mantras, kriyas, meditations, and mudras to awaken your divine energy. We apply these foundational elements to enhance our experience of living as human beings through bringing us into a balanced and harmonious state of being. It's our intention to calm the nervous system by inviting our breath and devotion to awareness within the body for an expanded state of consciousness and increased calm. This class is great for newcomers to yoga and kundalini.
Come as you are to this heart opening experience with an open mind and yoga mat.

Yoga Village
Dive into tailored yoga sessions, designed specially for the unique needs and transformative moments of prenatal and postnatal stages.
This class series is designed for expecting mamas, by expecting mamas. Led by AnneSophie Mills and Amber Hogue, both of whom are currently experiencing their own pregnancy journeys, this program focuses on relaxation and creating a calm environment, relieving pregnancy-related tension, preparing the body for birth, and maintaining strength and mobility throughout pregnancy for a smooth post-birth recovery.This class offers a unique blend of empathy and expertise, ensuring you feel supported and empowered every step of the way. Connect with other expecting mamas and take some much-needed time for yourself and your baby in Yoga Village's Prenatal series this fall.
Mondays at 3:00 pm taught by Anne Sophie Mills and Amber Hogue
Post childbirth, a mother’s body is a whole new world to her, and we have designed a class just for that time. Mamas have a special set of needs postpartum, including slowly integrating the core back into her body, regaining control of the pelvic floor, and heart opening poses to counter the rounded and sometimes painful upper back from holding baby. All this and more, specially designed for moms who have given birth in the last 3 years. Babies welcome!

Yoga Village
Designed to teach little ones the joy of movement and mindfulness, our classes offer fun-filled yoga sessions, games, and coping strategies for ages 2-18.
Breathe, stretch, and ROAR! Our preschool Yoga program combines a variety of fun games with real coping strategies for when our kiddos are feeling overwhelmed, experiencing big feelings that they may not have the words for yet, or having a difficult time calming down.
Connect through mindful movement, fun songs and games, and partner poses sure to bring out the giggles! Caregivers and children explore yoga for self-regulation and managing big feelings. Open to any caregiver and child combination, no previous Yoga experience required!
Through lively songs and games, students explore yoga to harness focused energy for their day. They learn to concentrate on individual body parts, then unify these for balanced poses and breath. Beyond the mat, they gain tools for mental and emotional self-regulation through enjoyable yoga activities.
Specially designed for teens, this class gives teens a space to breathe, move their bodies, and let go of judgements of themselves and others. We dive into physically challenging asanas as well as touch on meditation and coping techniques, using Yoga as the bridge between physical and mental health.
