All memberships are automatically renewed each month on the date of initial signup. Memberships may be paused for 1 month at a time with 30 days notice, and cancellation of a membership requires 30 days notice to ensure our billing system gets it right. Class packages & memberships may not be shared or transferred.
Early is on time. Give yourself a time cushion, put your phone away ahead of time and leave a little time to settle into the studio space.
Introduce yourself to the teacher and ask what props you’ll need for class and where to find them. Usually, whatever you see set up at the front of the room with the teachers mat is what you’ll need too.
Let go of any judgement of yourself and know that it is actually impossible to be “bad” at yoga. Yoga is a practice and nobody is perfect at it. We are all learning as we go and trying to quiet your mind and maintain your presence is the hardest part.
