All memberships require a 6 month minimum commitment with a 30 day cancellation notice. Class packages and memberships cannot be shared or transferred. Memberships may be paused for a maximum of 2 months, with 30 days notice.

Yoga Etiquette

  1. Early is on time. Give yourself a time cushion, put your phone away ahead of time and leave a little time to settle into the studio space. 
  2. Introduce yourself to the teacher and ask what props you’ll need for class and where to find them. Usually, whatever you see set up at the front of the room with the teachers mat is what you’ll need too. 
  3. Let go of any judgement of yourself and know that it is actually impossible to be “bad” at yoga. Yoga is a practice and nobody is perfect at it. We are all learning as we go and trying to quiet your mind and maintain your presence is the hardest part.
  4. Start HERE. We have an excellent beginner class on the schedule every single week. (A lot of studios offer a ~6 week series you have to commit to and pay in full for…and they only offer this a handful of times per year).
Join Coach, Chris Walsh, for the Absolute Beginner (Fundamentals) Class every Thursday from 6:15pm – 7:15pm.

The man we affectionately call “Coach” started and grew the yoga program at Campolindo High School. He not only knows his stuff but also understands how to teach yoga in an accessible way for those unfamiliar with the practice. No fancy words or poses are required, and flexibility is absolutely NOT necessary. Come as you are and get what you need.
